ABSTRACT
A survey was conducted to identify conservation activity among the general populace to increase our understanding of those who do and do not engage in environmentally friendly behavior. Both demographic and psycho/social variables were explored as predictors of conserving behavior. Results and the implications for segmentation potential and public policy formation are provided.
