Changing Patterns Of Food Consumption In Central Kordofan, Sudan

This article describes the economic and environmental changes that took place in central Kordofan during this century, analyzes the coping strategies farmers adopted to deal with these changes, and examines the impact these changes have had on the farmers’ food consumption patterns.
