ABSTRACT

The work of the German Constitutional Court merits greater attention in the English-speaking legal world. 2 That attention is greatly facilitated by the numerous English translations of the Court’s most significant rulings. An index of these translations was published in 2002. 3 This article supplements that index. Since the index was published, a large number of new translations have become available, necessitating an update to the listings. Many of these new translations are of recent decisions. Some additional translations for cases that appeared in the previous index have also become available.
