ABSTRACT
At Roffey Park Institute, a two-year part-time executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, validated by the University of Sussex, was introduced in January 1990. There are currently three cohorts underway. The cohorts are small with 12–18 delegates on each programme and the average profile of a delegate on the programme is a middle/senior manager age 39 with at least eight years’ experience of being a manager. Participants come from all sectors of industry and range from owner/managers to managers in blue chip/multinational organisations. There is also a mix of public and private sectors.
