ABSTRACT
A major obstacle to the wider use of ICAI programs is the significant amount of time required for their development as well as the scarceness of ICAI development expertise. At the current time, ICAI programs are written in AI languages such as LISP or PROLOG. To construct an ICAI program, a great deal of knowledge about AI methodology and programming techniques is needed.
