ABSTRACT
There have been many useful developments in paediatric audiology within the past decade which are worthy of consideration. Most paediatric technological innovations continue to be spin-offs from work within the electronics industry at large. There is still comparatively little hardware that is new within the paediatric field which does not have some correlation within the adult world.
