ABSTRACT
School leaders who do confront these issues may find themselves dealing with a complex, drawn out and very difficult situation. (See chapter 6 for a first hand account.) It is such a complex area for school leaders, as unsubstantiated or ill-informed allegations can significantly affect and sometimes ruin teachers’ lives.
