ABSTRACT
We have produced the National Security Index (NSI) 2010 after a gap of three years; the last Index was in 2007. While preparing the 2010 Index, we have taken into account the comments and suggestions made by reviewers and scholars in India and abroad on various indices produced by us in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007.
