Supporting staff in developing inclusive online learning

This chapter focuses on the methods used to support academic staff in the design and development of inclusive flexible learning approaches. It discusses the design rationale underpinning the staff development activities, and includes an overview of the evaluation undertaken. We identify strategies for ensuring that staff receive appropriate, targeted and timely training in accessibility to ensure inclusive practices are adopted across an institution.
