ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses the theme of access in relation to community participation and social networks. It uses results from recent research1 into social inclusion and community participation to explore four key questions: what is meant by social inclusion? What is it that excludes people? What would make a difference to their life? What kind of supports are required to promote social inclusion?
