ABSTRACT
In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to the quality of teaching in higher education, which, in turn, has led universities and institutions of higher education, both in Belgium and abroad, to set up dedicated centres specifically tasked with organizing and supervising initiatives aimed at supporting the professional development of teachers. The instructional development of teachers has thus become an important challenge.
