ABSTRACT
This chapter represents a slight departure from that which precedes it. It is specifically focused on the management of the FA CP project and therefore may appeal more to the research than the practitioner community. Its place here is justified by us because we are not only researchers but also coaches, parents, club officials, referees and scouts. Our roles as researchers are therefore informed by our practical experience and, we hope, enhanced by it.
