ABSTRACT
Since the war, Belgium, in common with other countries, has experienced what M. Louis Cros has called an “Educational Explosion”. In Belgium, however, it has not been of the same magnitude as in neighbouring countries such as France and Holland which have had a higher rate of demographic growth.
