ABSTRACT
Afro-Arab relations appear at first glance to be a complex phenomenon within which various channels and bridges of collective, regional and bilateral cooperation are interwoven, intersect and run parallel to each other. In dealing exclusively with bilateral relations, this paper does not ignore the fact that such relations are the cause as well as the effect of a collective cooperation.
