ABSTRACT
With the growing interest and importance of ethical leadership, in parallel with rapid and continuous organizational change, questions around how leaders lead change ethically is of paramount importance. The three sections outlined in this chapter examine key questions regarding ethical change leadership (‘ECL’) in organizational life.
