ABSTRACT

The focus here becomes the issue of the constitutional conditions of individual education processes, which can be spelled out as that of the conditions for children growing up successfully, which can largely be considered to be identical with the issue of the constitutional conditions of individuality, subjectivity, and thus of refl exivity, emotionality, the power of judgement and the ability to take action in society-based on a contextualisation of social theory, social philosophy, educational theory and children and childhood studies.2
