ABSTRACT
These notes are offered as a prompt to any group of staff charged with the responsibility of developing and implementing a bilingual policy for their school. Such a group might wish to consider this series of questions, assertions and practical ideas, under the headings of:
Who? (Who is involved?) Why? (Why have a bilingual policy?) What? (What practical activities might take place?)
