ABSTRACT
It is a hot summer day. You are reclined in your lounge chair with a tropical drink in hand, reading the Handbook of Work Analysis, when suddenly you hear a piercing whistle from the lifeguard stand. You look up as the lifeguard climbs down from the stand and runs to the water to make a rescue. Luckily the lifeguard is well trained and the rescue is a success.
