ABSTRACT
That you are sufficiently interested in physical education (PE) and dance teaching to consider taking on the responsibility of curriculum coordinator is an excellent start and the factor that is most likely to help you make a success of an important, as well as a demanding role in the school. Note that you do not need to have great physical expertise in any PE activity, but you must have an enthusiasm for the subject as a whole, based on your conviction that PE can provide unique learning experiences for primary school children. You will also have to be resilient and prepared for a good deal of hard work as initially you may find that your enthusiasm is not shared by your colleagues!
