ABSTRACT

This section contains five chapters illustrating a range of field research topics currently undertaken by psychologists. Health and safety features as a major concern. The chapters look at broad issues, such as the importance of linking theory, methods and strategy in research (Chapter 2), the construction of questionnaires and analysis of data in health and driver behaviour (Chapters 3 and 4), advanced multivariate techniques of data analysis (Chapter 5), and issues in cross-cultural research (Chapter 6).
