ABSTRACT

Jamal Abedi is a Professor at the School of Education of the University of California, Davis. Abedi’s research interests include studies in the area of psychometrics and test and scale developments. Among his interests and his recent work are studies on the validity of assessments and accommodations and opportunity to learn for English language learners (ELLs). Abedi holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. degree from Vanderbilt University in psychometrics.
