ABSTRACT

Of all the ligues that went to make up the anti-Dreyfusard forces, the Jeunesse Antisémite et Nationaliste (JAN) remains one of the least known. The obscurity of this tiny group is quite understandable if its action, the mediocrity of its leaders and the role it was able to play are considered. In addition, the JAN suffered because of the, perhaps excessive, importance attached to Jules Guérin s Ligue Antisémitique.
