ABSTRACT
Christophe Roux-Dufort is professor of strategic management at Laval University, Québec, Canada. He has written about 30 scientific and professional articles and five books. He also works as a consultant on crisis management for multinational companies in France, the United States, China and Thailand. His comments on corporate crises are regularly published in national newspapers. Christophe received his M.B.A. degree (1990) from the University Laval (Quebec, Canada) and his Ph. D. degree (1997) from University Paris Dauphine, France.
