ABSTRACT
Brigitte Kaltwasser , CEO of Kaltwasser Communications, Nuremberg, Munich and Berlin, started her career in 1982 as a journalist of major German newspapers. She has taught crisis communication at German universities for more than ten years and is a frequently booked speaker at international communication congresses.
