ABSTRACT
Alexander G. Goregin holds an M.S. in communication from Oklahoma State University, United States, and a B.A. in journalism from Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. He is chief executive officer of Saint Petersburg Information Center, a full-service public relations firm in Saint Petersburg, Russia. From 1997 to 2003, he served as a public relations and international communication adviser to the vice governor of Saint Petersburg.
