ABSTRACT
Raymond C. Jones is director of Public Relations at Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, N.C. After college, he worked for 15 years as a newspaper reporter and editor. He later managed public relations at three colleges: Monmouth University, Winthrop University, William Jewell College.
