Christopher Ricks, Winking, ”New Statesman'

Ricks (b. 1933) has been Professor of English at the University of Cambridge since 1975. His books include ‘Milton’s Grand Style’ (1963), ‘The Poems of Tennyson’ (ed., 1969), ‘Tennyson’ (1972), and ‘Keats and Embarrassment’ (1974).
