Mr Lapsley said the local authority had successfully integrated key workers with the resident population. In what context does he mean integration and how was it done? Similarly are there policies in Rogaland and Stavanger to enable foreign workers to be integrated with the community in which they find themselves? Lastly, are planners considering this problem?
