ABSTRACT
At the lowest level we have the basic ICT skills that have been classified in Chapters 1 and 2 as processes, techniques and routines. We have seen that these skills are part of a much more complex idea: ICT capability. This involves the marrying of skills with the knowledge and understanding which are used to determine how and when it is appropriate to apply these skills for your own use.
