ABSTRACT
My aim is to show how Value Management sandwiches together Accountability, Buildability, Creativity, Coordination, Communication and Teamwork in a positive, constructive and organized methodology, and that it is an additional (rather than an alternative) expertise which all professionals involved in the design and construction of buildings would find an asset in respect of their professional development.
