ABSTRACT

The principal possibility to stabilize pressure controllers by the pipe-line response correction is shown in ref.[5,6]. As effective means for the system performance correction there are presented there special devices of acoustic filter type that were previosly developed for damping forced oscillations [7]. To design correcting devices and to choose their proper location it is necessary to have adequate data on acceptable dynamic performances of the pipe-lines connected to the valve. Such data in terms of stability conditions of relief and check valves are derived below based on the general approach given by [6]. Some means for their realization are also presented.
