The management

The workshop was planned and managed by three psychotherapists; two were from a social work background and one was a psychiatrist. They were present throughout the entire workshop and were leaders of the three small groups within it. A fourth member of staff joined the workshop for the large group only and also acted as consultant to the other staff in a session that followed each meeting of the workshop.
