Art as a therapy for Parkinson’s

As one of my painting with Parkinson’s group members observed, watching me move effortlessly to fetch something she needed: ‘I used to be able to do that automatically like you.’ Now she has Parkinson’s she finds simple manoeuvres very difficult.
