ABSTRACT
Understanding how innovation and change happen in the contexts of classrooms, schools, and educational communities is a complex and tricky business. Designing, implementing, and evaluating changes and innovations in educational settings is complex in what you look at and tricky in how you look at it. Perspective assigns meaning, and changes in that perspective can change the meanings you ‘see’.
