ABSTRACT
Summary: This chapter focuses on early development of gifted entrepreneurs-innovators. The cases of Richard Branson, Warren Buffett, Steven Case, Michael Dell, Bill Gates, and Sam Walton are presented, which demonstrate that the trajectories of their entrepreneurial giftedness originated from childhood. The chapter considers these cases showing that an early developmental path is common for these gifted entrepreneurs and discusses the impact of early manifestations of entrepreneurial giftedness on the subsequent development of their entrepreneurial talent.
