ABSTRACT

In most cases, the values of social and economic variables vary as a function of time and location. However, it is likely that the relationships among such variables are also context dependent-i.e. vary with time and/or location. For instance, the relationship between the market value of a residential property and the area of the lot is likely to be different for San Francisco than for Oklahoma City and, for a given location, is likely to be different now than it was ten years ago.
