ABSTRACT

A significant diurnal variation was found for body (intra-aural) temperature (F3, 7=19.16; P<0.0005), choice reaction time (F3,7-4.07; P<0.05), rating of alertness (F3, 7=8.59; P<0.001), fatigue (see Figure 2), forward flexion and right grip strength (P<0.05) but not for left grip strength and sit-and-reach flexibility (see Table 1). Juggling performance showed a significant peak (P<0.05) at 16:00 hours whereas the variations in the wallvolley test just failed to reach significance (see Figure 3). Performance in dribbling was non-significant (see Table 2).
