ABSTRACT

The research presented here is the initial results of the Tajonar-2004 quality project, a sort of melting pot where academie interests and professional needs blend together. The description of coaching strategies employed in the Tajonar School was considered the starting point for a revision of methodological aspects and future training of coaches themselves. In that sense, results shown below are a brief but significant selection of the many aspects taken into account, all of them pertinent features of the strategies that configure what coaching means with respect to C.A.Osasuna minor teams.
