Another property is the localisation of the observed action at the moment of the initiation. Considering three zones, a central part of the pitch and a lateral corridor (Figure 1) and the own/opponents half field, we can determine whether there is a difference in relation to the scoring aspects. Table 3 shows the distribution of the initiation actions from the different zones of the pitch. It is clear that the sequences that led to a score had their initiation more often (but not significantly) occurring on the lateral corridor of the pitch.
