The data showed a significant difference only on the level of the technical profile during the evolution of the ball-possession sequence, namely that a technical skill (ball control) occurred more often preceding a score and that heading attempts have an efficiency that can lead to scoring. No significant differences could be found when spatial properties (angle of attack, field coverage and crossing of the “shortest route” to the goal) were considered.
