ABSTRACT

Our initial objective in this project was to respond to evolving changes in the university teaching and learning environment by integrating learning technology resources into our teaching of a first-level undergraduate course in management accounting. We were concerned to maintain high educational standards and to enhance the students’ learning experience despite worsening staff: student ratios and, through evaluation, we sought to draw lessons of possible benefit to staff in other educational environments. Throughout the seven-year period of this review changes have been made to improve the implementation of learning technologies and to respond to the ever-changing educational environment.
