ABSTRACT
New communication technologies are playing an increasingly important role in the quotidian webbing of our lives. This is especially true for love relationships. Lovers use their mobile phones, email accounts, and webcams to communicate with each other in the most diverse situations and circumstances, and for the most varied reasons: shopping lists, the nanny's phone number, love poems, or the most intimate confessions.
