ABSTRACT
This final chapter draws some of the threads of this book together by identifying themes in gendered dynamics of organizations, and exploring some of the tensions and challenges which have emerged in developing strategies for change. It goes on to draw connections between organizations and their environment, setting out some issues in the development of a broader politics of change; and concludes by offering some visions of the future.
