ABSTRACT

Limitations of space prevent us from fully developing some of the more theoretical aspects of our analysis of economic systems and their relations to organisation forms and employment practices, though this is discussed more adequately elsewhere [1]. Even on the basis of fairly perfunctory consideration, however, certain conclusions seem clear in general outline.
