ABSTRACT
Issues concerning the teaching and learning of culture have attracted considerable interest from researchers into and commentators on foreign language teaching and learning in recent years. This chapter examines what is currently known about the teaching and learning of (language and) culture and how this relates to A/AS level modern foreign languages (mfl) courses.
