ABSTRACT
The aim of this research study was to investigate the position of professional soccer- coaches in the Netherlands. The motivation behind this work was the lack of research in this field. As there seems to be a continuous discrepancy between the individual interest and the interest of the branch as a whole, the results provide suggestions relating to normalization of labourfacilities specifically concerning soccer-coaches.
