ABSTRACT
Information is the life-blood of a construction project. Too little and the project becomes starved; too much and it becomes swamped. Achieving a balance that satisfies the owner’s objectives of time, cost and quality is crucial. Information management has to be seen as a necessary function, one that is the key to the efficient management of a project.
