ABSTRACT
Repetitive construction projects are for example renovation of apartment buildings with low degree, where people continue to live during the repairs or move for a short time in to other apartments. Repetitive renovation projects production is planned and controlled as Just In Time (JIT) production. The aim of JIT production system is to limit throughput time required per apartment and achieve steady production speed and high productivity. Production control emphasizes production overlaps, slowing down when trouble appears and produce only what is needed.
