Tasks Performed by the Site Manager – A Review of the Literature

This paper reviews the current literature on the work of managers, and specifically the work of the construction site manager. It analyses the tasks performed by site managers, and a recommendation is made for further research on the work of site managers.

Cet article critique la littérature courante sur le travail des gérants et, expressément, le travail du gérant de chantier. L’article analyse les travaux entrepris par les gérants de chantier et l’on fait des recommandations pour des recherches supplémentaires à ce sujet.
