ABSTRACT

A British record, single-sided, five and 3/8 inches and six inches in size, made by Crystalate Gramophone Record Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and sold by Sound Recording Co., Ltd. and Woolworth’s from 1921. Material was military music, dance music, and popular songs. Later the record was issued double-sided. Mimosa masters were used for other labels, e.g., Kiddyphone, Pigmy, Oliver, Marspen, Beacon, Butterfly, and Savana.
